Chinese Stir Fry with Cucumber

1/2 Cucumber cut into strips
2 Pork Steak cut into strips
Bell Pepper Cut diagonally
medium sized carrots, diced
String Beans
Medium sized onion, chopped
4 cloves of garlic chopped
1 Medium sized tomatoes, chopped
small pc of ginger diced
1/2 cup og pork broth
Ground Pepper
Salt and MSG

1. In a pan, saute garlic, onion, ginger and tomatoes for few minutes.
2. Add pork till it turns brown.
3. add beans and saute for few minutes.
4. add the remaining vegetables and water. Seasoned it with salt, ground pepper and MSG to taste ans simmer for few minutes ( Note : Do not overcook the veggies )
5. Serve it with plain rice while its hot.
