Chicken Adobo Recipe


Garlic ( Chopped)
1 Medium Onion (Chopped)
3 Tbsp of Chopped Ginger
1 Cup Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Vinegar
Ground Pepper
1/2 Cup Water
6 Pcs of Chicken Drumstick
Carrots ( Cut diagonally)
Bell Pepper (cut diagonally)
3 Medium sized Potatoes (Quartered)


  1. Mix soysauce, chicken,vinegar,onion,garlic, ginger and water in a medium pan.
  2. Bring to boil until the chicken is nearly cooked.
  3. Add Potatoes, carrots and bell pepper and boil for another 5 minutes.
  4. In a different pan, set aside the liquid from the boiled chicken.
  5. Put 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan and then saute the chicken mixtures for 5 minutes. Add sugar.
  6. Pour the chicken liquid in the pan and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  7. Serve it with rice.
