Sardines Burger


Ingredients:

1 Can Sardines ( Ligo/Mega Sardines/Master)
3 Cloves Garlic, Chopped
1 Medium Onion, Chopped
2 Eggs
3 Tbsp. Oil
1 strip spring oniol, cut diagonally
Salt
Pepper

Procedure:
1. In a bowl, separate the sardines sauce from the sardines.
2. Beat 2 eggs and mixed onion,garlic,salt, pepper, sardines. Crushed the sardines.
3. In a pan, heat oil then fry the mixing. Make a burger formation.
4. Place it in a plate and put the sauce on top. Put spring onion for garnish.

I tried my first sardine the other day - right out of the can. It was in mustard sauce. Unremarkable. It tasted like tuna.

A friend suggested eating them with onions and garlic in oil, but neglected to elaborate on the cooking methods, if any.
