Mushroom Soup Ala Eds


2 tsp. Oil
3 Cloves Garlic Chopped
2 Tbsp. Chopped Onion
2 Tbsp. Carrots chopped
2 Tbsp. Bell Pepper Chopped
1 Maggi Cube
2 Medium sized Mushroom Chopped
1/2 Cup Chicken Breast Chopped
2 Tbsp. String Onion Cut Diagonally
Ground Pepper,Salt

1. Saute Garlic, onion, chicken breast and maggie cube.
2. Add Carrots, Bell pepper and muschroom
3. Add 5 cups of water and bring to boil.
4. Season with salt, ground pepper and msg to taste.
