Spaghetti Bologneise

2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

Bell Pepper, Chopped

Garlic, Minced

Onion, Chopped

2 tbsp sugar

Pinch of Salt

1 Jar Dolmio Spicy Spaghetti Sauce

200 Grams Delmonte Sauce

2 cups of Beef Minced

1/2 kl. Pasta

Grated Cheese

Egg ( optional )


Procedure: ( Spaghetti Sauce )

  1. Bring the Beef minced in a pan allowing the the fat to come out. Remove the excess fats.
  2. Put oil in the skillet, bring to boil and saute garlic till it turns golden brown.
  3. Add Onion then Beef Minced. Saute for 5 minutes.
  4. Add bell pepper, salt, black pepper. Stir occasionally.
  5. Add Del Monte sauce and Domio Sauce. Bring to boil in a medium heat.
  6. Add sugar and msg to taste.

Procedure: ( Pasta )

  1. Put a 4 cups of water in a pan. Bring to boil.
  2. Add a pinch of salt
  3. Cut the pasta into half and pour a bit of oil to prevent from sticking.
  4. When the water is boiling, add the pasta. Stir occasionally till its done. Don't overcook.
  5. Drain water and place it in a plate. Add sauce, cheese and serve while its hot.
