Sinampalukang Manok

Heres my very own version of Sinampalukang Manok here in UK.

Ingredients:
8 pcs chicken ( medium size )
Green Finger Pepper
Ginger
Onion
Garlic
Spinach Leaves
Water
Sinigang Mix Powder ( Tamarind leaves not available here in UK )
Procedure:
1. Saute Onion, garlic, and ginger.
2. Add chicken pieces , salt and saute it till brown.
3. Add water and bring to boil till the chicken is cooked.
4. Add green finger pepper and tamarind powder. Bring to boil.
5. Add the spinach leaves and MSG.
6. Serve it with rice while its hot.
